This highway is a connection to the west coast of Norway. From highway 35 you take highway 4 all the way to Gran. This is a route that goes from Oslo to Gjøvik. It is a typical commuter road.
From Gran drive towards Granavollen and the sisterchurch. When you have past the churches (on the old road towards Bergen) you will arrive at Hotel Hadeland.
The view from the hotel is fantastic. In one direction is the view of Gran. The sisterchurch give a majestic view of medieval architecture. The churches were built before 1150AD.
